Exopolitics UK [http://exopolitics.org.uk] is an initiative researching and supporting research into new sources of energy and off-world intervention in out planet: both of these issues are interlinked.

We have followed the case of alleged 'hacker' Gary McKinnon since 2002 and request that you consider refusing his extradition, as previously agreed to by Home Secretary John Reid and Judge Nicholas Evans’s in 2006, for the following reasons:

1. The treaty has not been formally ratified.
2. Gary has agreed to a UK trial and was initially told this would be the method used.
3. Various elements of the US military industrial complex are suing Gary as a scapegoat and are intent on unfair sentencing -  possibly by military tribunal.
4. Gary's actions, whilst wrong, were justified in the wider scheme of things as he was seeking to clarify several issues related to non-polluting, "free" energy systems which relate to the UFO phenomena.
5. The technologies exist and have been suppressed since the 1920s to favour certain global corporations.
6. In his own words Gary was looking for such energy system evidence as in his own words: "in the UK in the 21st century we have elderly people dying in Winter as they cannot afford to turn on their heating".
7. In addition to the extradition issues -  the actual case against Gary is wholly insufficient. Eg. the alleged amount of "damage" claimed by US authorities.
