Elements of the above-government global cabals are deliberately targeting off-world vehicles and have been doing so since the post WW2 radar period using advanced weaponry. These vehicles are numerous in our upper atmosphere.
STS48 - Footage Taken From Shuttle
Note: The footage is run
again at the end in close up. The ETVs appear to detect the firing of
the pulse/laser/scalar weapon as soon as it it fired [this is the
visible light flash] from earth and make dramatic adjustments. The beam
can then be seen a second or so after. NASA claims that every item on
this footage is 'ice crystals'. it is claimed that the beam may have

collected raw feed from STS missions. Analysis was done on this footage
