Xanadu - looking into this more - it seems that it was written by ex-FEMA staff in the USA. In the UK we don't have something similar [we have COBRA which the Cabinet attend in crisis times] so I doubt if we have a similar approach. 
 
Over here the army would be brought in. From what I know - living "entities" are dealt with by the naval SAS branch - the SBS or Special Boat Service. I have been in touch with someone who claimed to know about this sort of thing. Will post something when I have gathered more info.

Unfortunatly I have no sound on this computer but I was wondering if us Brits have a manual for our firefighters?? Also in the Manual shown I noticed a species of alien I had never seen before and that was the one with the long pointy nose, Egyptian style head dress. I just wondered if this species was new to anyone else?
