Steven Greer of the disclosure project talks informally after his presentation at the 2007 International UFO Congress. During this interview he highlights many of the points previously made in the activities of the 2001 Disclosure Project.  This includes the fact he has accumulated evidence that sections of the military have attacked off world vehicles and that free of over-unity energy systems are fact and are kept hidden from common useage. Greer also discusses the activities of CSETI - who train individuals and groups to interact [termed C.E.5 on the contact scale] and SEASpower an organisation which supports inventors of over-unity energy systems.
