Wolf observes that the generals he worked with feel impotent in the face of the overwhelming superiority of extraterrestrial technology and mental abilities. Because of those feelings of powerlessness, anathema to military officers, the generals had authorized an intense and extensive disinformation campaign (the UFO cover-up), to discourage any attempts by civilians to acquire even the limited understanding of extraterrestrials which the generals have managed to gain.

But a far most disturbing revelation from Dr. Wolf concerns the emergence of a renegade group within the military and intelligence agencies which comprise the UFO Cover-Up. Wolf has labeled this conspiratorial group of plotters "The Cabal". Made up of extremist, fundamentalist, xenophobic, racist, and paranoiac officers, the Cabal fears and hates extraterrestrials. And, without any Presidential or Congressional authorization, the Cabal has commandeered Star Wars weaponry to shoot down UFOs, taken surviving extraterrestrials prisoner, and attempted to extract information by force. A high military officer, who is considered a "friendly" by the Cabal, but who secretly dislikes it, passes on information about Cabal planning and activities to Dr. Wolf.

The Cabal controls some well-known UFO investigators. Wolf said that the director of one major U.S. civilian UFO organization "is up to his ass in the Cabal." And he added that another ufologist in Canada "gets paid for taking swipes at various UFO researchers." That ufologist's high reputation for UFO research is undeserved, because he was getting a stream of leaks and tips from a well-placed official inside the intelligence community. Thus, he knew precisely what UFO data to look and ask for. Now that ufologist is getting frequently upset, because his source "inside" is no longer available, having recently died.

As a Presidential consultant, Dr. Wolf has visited Mr. Clinton in his White House private chambers, and even dropped the remark that "Mr. and Mrs. Clinton sleep in the same bed", thus scotching rumors to the contrary. When Mr. Clinton was visiting Hartford, Connecticut for a Presidential debate, the presidential candidate took a side trip to consult with Dr. Wolf. And to this day, Wolf continues to provide advice to the President by encrypted phone and National Security Council courier. Possessing some of the highest security clearances, this man is in an extremely-qualified position to know what the government knows about UFOs and ETs. He wants to tell President Clinton everything, "But I can't; my [NSC] bosses won't let me."

Wolf says that "President Clinton does not know much about Area 51. And he does not know about S-4", He added, "The President has ABOVE TOP SECRET and Need To Know clearances, but does not have the UMBRA ULTRA TOP SECRET clearance to have access to upper-level MAJIC [MJ-12] secrets, and KEYSTONE [ET research] documents."

Like many federal bureaucracies, MJ-12 has tripled in size. Wolf reports, "It now numbers 36 members, including [former Secretary of State] Henry Kissinger and [father of the hydrogen bomb] Edward Teller. MJ-12 meets at various confidential locations, including the Battelle Memorial Institute [at Columbus, Ohio]." As an aside, Dr. Wolf confirmed that it was Dr. Edward Teller who recommended physicist Robert Lazar for his position at the secret S-4 government base south of Area 51, where Lazar helped on back-engineering the propulsion systems of extraterrestrial spacecraft.

When I asked who was MJ-1, the head of the MJ-12 subcommittee, Dr. Wolf declined to identify that person. He did say, "MJ-1 answers to no one, not even the President!" When I offered the surmise that Michael Wolf himself was yet another MJ-12 member, he hurriedly pointed out that he "could not disclose such a thing." And when I proposed that a notable scientist with a government background, residing in Arizona, was yet another MJ-12 member, Wolf responded with an uncharacteristic silence, which I took to mean that he did not contradict that identification.

Wolf characterized Teller as "a nuclear humbug", referring to Teller's deception of making a presentation to President Reagan about an X-ray laser Star Wars weapon as almost operational, when in fact the system had never been tested, and was subsequently discarded as impossible by other Lawrence Livermore Laboratory scientists.

Another UFO notable with whom Wolf is familiar is Admiral Bobby Ray Inman, former head of NSA, and currently chairman of Science Applications International Corporation. SAIC was identified by USAF Colonel Steve Wilson as the company which makes antigravity engines for U.S.-copycat UFOs. When I commented to Dr. Wolf that USAF Colonel Wilson had identified Inman as also in charge of Decision Science Applications Inc. (DSAI), (made up of the heads of corporations involved in classified military weapons development based on ET technology,) Wolf commented that Inman doesn't know as much as the UFO community thinks he does. He doesn't know everything that DSAI is up to.

Wolf also verified that the former head of the Air Force Special Forces' Project Pounce [UFO retrievals unit], Colonel Steve Wilson, and Air Force Technical Sergeant/NSA analyst Dan Sherman, assigned to an NSA unit conducting telepathic communications with the ETs, are who they say they are.

Dr. Wolf provided a revisionist history about the beginning of the modern UFO era. Le 1er ovni tomba en 1941 dans l'océan à l'Ouest de San Diego, et fut récupéré par la Marine. The U.S. was in possession of a Grey, dubbed "EBE" [Extraterrestrial Biological Entity", from 1948 until he died in 1953. Government scientists first communicated with him using pictographs. About Corso's book's alien-threat tone, Wolf commented that it was co-author William Birnes who did the anti-alien gloss on Corso's manuscript, and that Colonel Corso did not personally view the extraterrestrials as enemy invaders.

Within months of the Roswell UFO crash, the Army Air Corps became the Air Force; the National Security Act was passed (partly to deal with the extraordinary secrecy the Administration felt UFOs required); and the CIA was created.

He personally pioneered a mental-expansion process he called "the Gateway Treatment", which "allows utilization of a vastly-increased percentage of the brain, in order for humans to mentally engage the extraterrestrials in full telepathic mental exchange." The Treatment involves "a way of opening the brain up, a way to stimulate the neurons. It allows billions of synapses to form."

Another project Wolf was involved in was subatomic-particle physics research. Discoveries by Wolf were "utilized by my [Ph.D. dissertation-advising] professor to develop the neutral particle-beam weapon for the Star Wars program."

Drawing on information from his work in genetics research, Dr. Wolf revealed that the entire human genome has been mapped secretly by government scientists. (This contradicts current government press releases, which describe the completion date as early in the next century.) He says that he has found an extraterrestrial marker gene in some humans' genetic samples. Other humans do not have these ET marker genes. He went on to say, "I have found non-coding [extraterrestrial] genetic sequence genes in my own genetic material, more than the In-Betweens have. [The In-Betweens is Wolf's term for humans with hybrid ET-human genetics, due to ET intervention with their parents' reproductive material before the human was born.] Wolf revealed that he has been around a research project where government scientists created human-extraterrestrial hybrids, attempting to replicate ET genetic engineering.

He explained the harvesting of tissue from so-called cattle mutilations "is to prepare organelles to adapt to human bodies, to filter out particulates that are killing us, as we pollute our planet." He said, "The 'Betweens'(human-ET hybrids) will help us, and will bring the organelles."

The ETs have other concerns, too. They discussed God and death with Wolf. And they pointed out that all worlds are connected. "One Hiroshima atomic bomb can affect millions of cultures in the galaxy."And they told him, "Thought is energy. It doesn't stop at a galactic 'barrier', and is received on other worlds." Because of what he learned, Wolf stated, "We are at a crossroads. The issue is to give a viable future to our children." He notes, "Humans are beginning to change, to evolve, and are looking for spiritual roots. There is more to God than people get in church."

A fourth ultra-secret project, mentioned in Wolf's book, was a Department of Defense project having to do with cloning a human being, in order to create the perfect soldier who would obey orders without question. A General "Bunting" was in charge of that project. The clone turned out to have been born with ethical thinking, and intuitively knew that life was sacred. When the clone disobeyed a test order to kill an innocent dog, Wolf says that "the project officer ordered the clone 'terminated'.It was my judgment that the clone had a soul. So, instead, I blew up the building [containing the clone project]", and surreptitiously allowed the clone to escape.

Naturally, Wolf keeps aware of significant individuals and developments within the civilian UFO-investigation community. One such figure is former Army Command Sergeant-Major Robert Dean, who was assigned to NATO Headquarters in the 1960s. There Dean read NATO's secret Assessment of extraterrestrials. Wolf states that he "has seen that same Assessment." Dr. Wolf also revealed that "the NSA and CIA regularly provide the members of MJ-12 with tapes of major meetings of civilian UFO groups," for example, MUFON conferences. Some other notable UFO investigators who have talked with Dr. Wolf include Robert Bletchman, James Courant, Linda Moulton Howe, William Hamilton, Michael Hesemann and Dr. Steven Greer.

Some years ago documents were leaked purporting to constitute a Presidential Briefing for Jimmy Carter on extraterrestrial matters. Dr. Wolf affirmed that the information contained therein "is substantially true, but one page was missing from the leaked set. That page describes an individual of joint ET-human heritage, who emerged 2000 years ago to try to end human violence." When I proposed that the page was referring to Jesus, Wolf confirmed that identification.

Dr. Wolf describes various extraterrestrial races. "One race has orange skin, very large heads and large dark eyes with no irises or whites, and six-fingered hands. During dissection their brains have been found to have four brain lobes, different optic orbs and nerves, and a sponge-like digestive system. ET brains are more developed and connected, and have no corpus callosum." He also described a race dubbed the Semitics, of average height and a generally human-like appearance, except for their very large hooked nose. "This was the race which landed at Holloman Air Force Base, [New Mexico, in the Sixties], and conversed with some generals there." Wolf also described a very human-appearing race called the Nordics. He said, "The Semitics and Nordics come from Altair 4 and 5 and from the Pleiades."

He noted, The extraterrestrials eat vegetation and mushrooms, and have different requirements. They absorb energy from the air and [certain] particulates. They don't absorb enough water to need to void; they process thoroughly." Wolf said that "cattle mutilations" tissue harvesting is not related to cloning, but rather is done to acquire nutrients for the hybrid fetuses the ETs create. Dr. Wolf noted that embryonic fluid contains an anti-rejection factor. He is aware that not all cattle tissue harvesting is done by extraterrestrials; some is done by Special Forces teams.

Crop circles "were originated by extraterrestrials, and then badly copied by the military, using Strategic Defense Initiative weapons emitting a laser pulsed beam." Wolf noted that "with crop circles made by ETs, the plants were still live and grew, [after being bent into pictographic patterns.] With SDI-weapon crop circles, the plants die. These SDI weapons are operated from a secret base in the Himalayas."

Concerning extraterrestrial contact, Dr. Wolf stated that the ET race commonly referred to as Zeta Reticulans, or Greys, have engaged in diplomatic negotiations with the U.S. Government. When I asked him which extraterrestrial races he worked with in government labs, he pointed out that the two illustrations on the covers of his book Catchers of Heaven are actual photographs of extraterrestrials taken by an Admiral friend of his. The ET on the front cover is named K*L*T, (which Wolf phoneticizes to Kolta for convenience), is the extraterrestrial with whom Wolf has met most frequently, and is a Zeta Grey. The ET on the back cover is a human-appearing Pleiadean named Anon [Prince] Sa Ra.

In the course of his close association with extraterrestrials in scientific laboratories, Dr. Wolf was given a piece of extraterrestrial alloy by them. This alloy looked like melted silicon and has peculiar energy properties. It is 99.99% silicon, and .01% non-Earth isotopes. When he placed it in water and drank the water, it provided healthful benefits.

Wolf is convinced that it was psychotronic directed-energy devices which were directed by rogue elements within the UFO Cover-Up organization at certain UFO researchers pushing very strongly to end the UFO Cover-Up. These include: the Director of Committee for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI), Steven Greer, MD, his principal assistant, Shari Adamiak, Congressman Steve Schiff, who demanded UFO documents from the Air Force, and USAF Col. Steve Wilson, who revealed his heading Project Pounce, the UFO retrieval unit. Already Colonel Wilson and Shari Adamiak have died of their cancers, and Congressman Schiff has had to terminate his political career. Now Dr. Wolf has received a medical report which suggests a possibility that he may have cancer. It is not yet clear whether he will still have access to a certain extraterrestrial honey-like substance, which he took several years ago for his metastasized colon cancer, and which brought that episode into remission.

Concerning the famous 1947 Roswell UFO crash, Wolf states that "it was actual two UFOs which collided in midair" during an intense electrical storm. "One contained Orange ETs and the other Greys." One crash-landed near Corona, northwest of Roswell; the other crashed onto the Plains of San Agustin, over a hundred miles to the west. Army Intelligence units soon secured both sites and removed the craft and their mostly-dead ET crews.

Another later ET-military encounter recounted by Dr. Wolf was similarly grim. "An extraterrestrial on the ground had traveled from Fort Dix, New Jersey to [adjacent] McGuire Air Force Base, where he died on the tarmac."

Michael Wolf worked in several projects, making discoveries with which in hindsight he now regrets being involved. He particularly had misgivings after he saw what applications these discoveries were put to. He says he now "has immense qualms about those misapplications", repudiates them and is repentant for them.

When Dr. Wolf engaged in government-sponsored studies for his MD degree at McGill University, he engaged in research on neurotransmitters and their role in mental functioning and control. Among the secret projects Dr. Wolf worked on was Remote Viewing, a military/ Intelligence term for applied clairvoyance. He said, "99 % of telepathy and remote-viewing research is classified." Wolf went far beyond the crude Army Intelligence psi experiments of General Bert Stubblebine, Col. John Alexander and Major Ed Dames, and developed memory-extraction and memory-"capping" [suppression] techniques. Some of his findings "were later incorporated into the infamous MK-ULTRA mind control projects of the CIA, and used on captured KGB agents [to extract information]." He also worked in research on dolphins, which he called "a highly-intelligent alien lifeform on this planet."

While Dr. Wolf was studying at MIT for his Ph.D. in physics, he "discovered a new theory of wave-particle duality, which led to the development of the neutral particle-beam Star Wars weapon." Because of these classified projects, his NSC bosses forbade him to identify his dissertation advisor professors, and MIT and McGill are forbidden to acknowledge that he studied there.

Having access to NSA and CIA information, Dr. Wolf revealed some secrets that he was notinvolved in. One, among the ugliest aspects of the Viet Nam War, was the U.S.'s Project Arc Light, "the bombing of already shot-down B-52s with Hellfire incendiary bombs, totally incinerating any survivor crewmen, in order to destroy the secret documents carried on the B-52s." President Bill Clinton told Michael Wolf that he learned about Project Arc Light while a student in England, and that it had deepened his opposition to the Viet Nam War.

Wolf also learned that the assassination of President Kennedy involved multiple parties and interests. "Many Cuban expatriates hated Kennedy for the Bay of Pigs invasion's failure. The Mafia hated JFK because of his brother, Attorney-General Robert Kennedy,'s relentless prosecutions of high-level mobsters. Hard-liners in CIA hated Kennedy, because he wanted to pull the U.S. out of an escalating war in Viet Nam, and because he wanted the CIA to disclose UFO information."

Wolf disclosed that famed scientist "Albert Einstein had contact with extraterrestrial intelligence." And that a more recent understanding of Zero-Point energy "has to do with a white hole-black hole scenario." The ETs told Wolf that the Void is filled with energy to be tapped. Wolf further stated that experiments by the U.S. Government using exotic technology "ripped holes in time."


Wolf worked briefly on assignment to the Mossad. He commented that "The Mossad [an Israeli intelligence organization] has very good relationships with the extraterrestrials."

Dr. Strecker's published research report, identifying HIV/AIDS as caused by a manmade virus, was correct according to Dr. Wolf. Furthermore, the government has learned that viruses are crystalline in structure, and that the correct frequency can destroy them.

Wolf also reported, "President Clinton has had a briefing on the Aurora [SR-33A] space plane ," which operates out of Area 51. The Aurora "runs on liquid methane, and has antigravity on board," [information identical to what retired Air Force Colonel Donald Ware also passed on to this writer from a three-star general.] Wolf says that the Aurora goes the Stealth planes one better. "It carries an electro-magnetic-pulse weapons system on board, which can knock out tracking radar." He also disclosed, "It can go to the Moon!" And added a tantalizing further hint, "The U.S. has 'something' on Mars [besides the Rover]."

Wolf also revealed that the U.S. government is working on prototypes of extraterrestrial antigravity discs. He says that the extraterrestrials traverse the galaxy by manipulating space and time to pull their destination towards them. "Time is reduced to zero, and acceleration is increased to infinity." And that the military are experimenting on having pilots use their mind to guide an advanced plane. Some government scientists found that "some UFOs are living conveyances, and can divide and re-form." Those "living conveyances" are apparently also responsive to thought commands.

Wolf disclosed an incident on the Carribean island of Puerto Rico, that occurred during the Bush Administration. "A UFO piloted by extraterrestrials, with F-16 fighter escort overhead, landed in a Puerto Rican community in 1990. The purpose of this exercise was to test the public reaction of a select portion of the American people." (Puerto Rico is U.S. territory.) The Mayor of the community contacted President Bush, excitedly told the President that "extraterrestrials got out of the ship and walked around," and asked Bush what he should say to his citizens. Bush referred the inquiry to Dr. Wolf at MJ-12 to formulate a response for the mayor.

Concerning the U.S. government's slow pace of disclosure about UFO reality, Wolf commented, "The government is doing a balancing act, because if Free [Zero-Point] Energy and all the ET technology come out all at once, it'd hurt the stockholders [in obsolescent industries]. The multinational corporations don't want to lose their power." The last time Wolf heard a timetable from the government for frank disclosure of UFO reality was somewhere in the period of 2001-2005.

To this end he has directed that all royalties from his books go to the Daniel Wolf Memorial Foundation For Children, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. He says, "The children are the future." He looks forward to when the secrecy about extraterrestrial contact with Earth is stripped away, so that we, our children and grandchildren can move forward to the next phase of our history, now cosmic in scale.

"Is AlphaCom involved in re-initiating positive contact with off-world people whom military forces have attacked with beam weapons and other devices?"

-- Black Budget Operations utilizing billions of dollars raised by CIA drug running, were classified Above Top Secret, thereby escaping audit by Federal auditors who possessed only a "secret" or "top secret"security clearance.

- We are now living, as of the latter part of the 20th century, in an regulated-taxated-inflated economic slave system carefully designed to serve the elite.

-- The author possessed one of the highest security clearances in the world, and reported only to the U.S. President, even though his knowledge and briefings of cosmic affairs often surpassed his one-and-only superior in several areas. He was warned against writing the trilogy -- which contains sensitive information yet which deals mostly with his interactions with his friends and family on this and other worlds, by fellow friends and insiders within MJ-12. Wolf however chose to go ahead with the project as he felt that we have the right to know what's going on, and for the sake of "the children" and their future on this planet, swearing "ETERNAL HOSTILITY UPON THOSE WHO
WOULD RULE THE MINDS OF MEN." Such tyranny he insists "MUST END NOW!"

Also, Wolf states that many of the new generation of younger politicians and intelligence agents are trying to do away with the self-destructive policies of former administrations in regards to the alien scenario.


-- The author claims to be a genetically engineered human who came from extraterrestrial 'Nordic' genetic lines and was placed on this planet for a purpose. He possessed an above-genius mentality which made him an Intelligence "head hunter's" dream come true. Even the President's were aware of his talents and sought his expertise. His
advanced mind led to his involvement with a super-secret project involving the development of an actual cyber-cloned humanoid with self-programming artificial intelligence if not sentience -- as well as other projects involving super-advanced quantum mechanics that one will never hear about in the public domain, at least not for many years to come. Michael Wolf was raised in a Jewish family and experienced abductions/contacts ever since childhood... as had his human mother who became the 'host' for his existence on planet earth. The author also claims to have a genetic 'brother' names SA who served or serves as the Prince of THE ALLIANCE, a Nordic collective in Altair Aquila which is
affiliated with THE CORPORATE, a Grey species collective. Although the Human ALLIANCE and the Grey CORPORATE interact [or have interacted in the past] with the other, the Nordic 'Alliance' ALSO maintained contact with the FEDERATION OF WORLDS. The Grey 'Corporate' in turn maintained an allegiance with something called the UNIFIED RACES OF ORION. The MAJESTIC-12 organization was aware of all three MAJOR confederation groups, the joint humanoid-reptiloid CORPORATE/ALLIANCE, the mostly-humanoid FEDERATION OF WORLDS or F.O.W, and the mostly reptiloid UNIFIED RACES OF ORION or U.R.O.

-- The 'Black' programs are so named because presumably no one can shine a 'light' on their activities and expose the corruption within. According to agent Wolf, there can be governments within governments within governments, and the "black ones" or secret government can be invisible to the electorate government itself.

--There are 'Nordic' extraterrestrials walking the streets of several major cities on earth, unknown by others for who they are.

-- The author knew Dr. Edward Teller, the developer of the H-Bomb, on a personal basis.

-- The author was a member of an organization called the ALPHACOM Team.

-- The author at one point was visited by two FBI/NSC agents who reminded him that his introductory briefings on the alien subject must of necessity remain secret "until it is all figured out" so as not to create mass panic or social instability. (Note: Actually the cosmic scenario seems to be more-less-figured "figured out" at this point as far as  myself and others are concerned, so such an excuse should be OBSOLETE, and more-so as time goes on. -

-- The author states that in a hyperspacial environment, using a ship-board generation of amplified gravity waves, it isn't speed that increases, it is the relative time-space, when acted upon by a force such as gravity waves, which REDUCES itself within the hyperspace field generated around the hull of the craft where space-time becomes 'warped'. An Einstein-Rosen bridge 'wormhole' created by a gravity-exerting craft in space is but one example. The STAR TREK scenario may be based on an actual reality! Artificially created gravity waves can theoretically reduce time to near zero and acceleration to near infinity. Einstein only had a problem with gravity in his unified field theory, as it did not seem to fit, although he did come to the conclusion that gravity and acceleration were somehow connected. With such travel it is not space itself which is physically traversed, since space folds in on itself as gravity waves act upon time...

-- The author refers to the work of Theodore Kaluza, who used a fifth dimension algebraically to equate Einstein's four-dimensional gravity with Maxwell's electromagnetism, and this extending of space-time to five dimensions instead of four was a foundation for further relational unification theoretical development. The author also speaks of quantum mathematical theories and calculations that allow for as many as 12 dimensions, however he warns that one must be careful as the normal laws of "human logic" seem to break down the closer one delves into the sub-atomic or quantum levels of reality.

-- A natural disaster may be immanent, considering that in 1950 one quarter of the land surface of planet earth was forested, whereas today it is less than one fifth, and the oceans cannot soak up all of the excess atmospheric carbon dioxide.

-- The JASON project existed, and was discontinued after the war in Viet Nam.

-- On May 1st, 1975, two Zeta Reticulan Greys were demonstrating a 100 percent power-producing annihilation reaction in a relatively small antimatter reactor, to two deep-cover scientists within the tunnels below Area 51, using a super-heavy element, bombarding it with protons.

One Ret. Four [a slang term for a resident of the fourth planet of the Zeta II Reticuli system] was doing the display and demanded first that all rifles and especially bullets in them be removed from the room. The elite military guards refused to surrender their weapons, and in the chaotic disorder and commotion that ensued, one alien, two scientists
and forty-one military personnel were killed, simply because the colonel in charge of security questioned the Grey's orders. One witness to the scene survived. All the humans had died of head wounds and resultant damage of brain matter. Since no weapon was seen by this witness, the author suggested that the Greys might be able to use their
minds as weapons, in essence using their brains as a bio-chemical circuit board through which to channel electromagnetic energy via specific neural patterns or pathways. This may explain, he suggests, why the Greys have the ability to walk or phase through solid matter, read minds, send mental messages, and are able to lift and float
themselves as well as abductees without observable instrumentation. The Groom war or massacre ended certain exchanges between the Government and the Greys. (Note: Other sources imply that this was only the initial incident in the 'Groom Wars', and that other incidents have since occurred resulting in the deaths or disappearance of aliens and human scientist, workers and military personnel. - Branton)

-- The author was told by a Grey that his genetic Nordic 'brother' Prince ANON SA RA was involved with "arguing the HU MAN's case for existence before THE CORPORATE" (Apparently these vermin have a rather high opinion of themselves for creatures that have no souls, and a low opinion of human-kind, considering that humans are considered by many within the reptilian CORPORATE as being unworthy for existence. -Branton).

-- The ALPHACOM Team which Michael Wolf headed was or is the lead agency for Majestic 12's Special Studies Group,
or MJ12SSG.

-- The author initiated an organization called Project D.A.R.T. [Defense Alien Research Training], within the context of the C&E Teams.

-- The author was aware of and had even visited several of the following underground bases: Luke, Nevada; Roswell, New Mexico; Dayton, Ohio; DULCE, NEW MEXICO; Nellis, Area S-51 and S-4, Nevada; an MJ12 meeting center under the Greenbriar Hotel in White Sulfur Springs, West Virginia; "Raven Rock" or "Site R-0001"; Mt. Weather, near Bluemont, Virginia; Mt. Poney, near Culpeper, Virginia; the Viewtree Mountain facility; Manzano Mountain facility with rail-tunnels to Kirtland AFB and Sandia National Labs in New Mexico; and about twelve other underground facilities "that cannot even be mentioned by name". Some of them have no names, just site numbers.

-- There is a division within the Intelligence community between those who want to attempt continued negotiations with the Greys and those who want to take military action against them. The author states that he and several others within MJ12 had been abducted and manipulated by the Greys from childhood [or 'hived', you could say], suggesting that it was the Greys themselves that may have manipulated them into their positions within Military Intelligence. This does not necessarily mean that men like Michael Wolf were intentionally compromising our National Security over to the Grey collective, it may mean that they were the ones who must be dealt with and as a result the ones who were targeted for mental conditioning. The author tends to be FOR continued negotiations with the Greys, having been influenced by Nordic 'relatives' of his who share the Altair system with the Greys and are therefore pressed to maintain diplomatic relations with them, especially since the Greys are "arguing the Hu Man's case for existence" altogether. (It seems to be the old "appease the enemy" tactic like the one Neville Chamberlain tried to use with Hitler by essentially turning Czechoslovakia over to the mad dictator in an attempt to appease his appetite for conquest. In fact it only increased Hitler's appetite and boldness, and he began viewing the Allies as pathetic cowards who would be willing to give-in to his demands and intimidation. Have some members of MJ12 aka PI40 committed this same mistake with the Greys? - Branton). All this does not mean that the Greys are completely beyond hope however, considering that one of the Greys by the name of Kolta had begun to show significant signs of emotional individualism because of his close contacts with the author.

By referring to the 'Greys' we are in most cases referring to the individuality-killing COLLECTIVE HIVE itself. The MJ12 ALPHACOM team which the author led, and some of the policies of MJ12 itself, are being challenged to some degree by another agency operating within Naval Intelligence, known as the CABAL. Mj12 is or WAS for negotiation with the Greys, especially in the higher MAJIC levels which tie-in with the global power groups like the Rockefeller empire, etc. According to other reports however some segments of MJ12 ARE NOW working WITH Nordic or 'Benevolent' forces at Area 51 and elsewhere to develop a defense against the Greys in response to the continual betrayals of the
treaties by the same. So MJ12 seems to be a factioned agency to some degree, with some advocating negotiation, others advocating annihilation, and others advocating continued negotiation combined with continued development of Earth's "Star Wars" defenses in case the negotiations sour. The CABAL itself is far less wavering in its intent and makes no excuses about it. They apparently believe that there is enough evidence at hand from past interactions with the Greys that they will NEVER abide by any established treaty, and that the only 'negotiation' they understand is brut force! As 'Scotty' of the old STAR TREK series was known to say, "Sometimes the best negotiator is a fully-loaded phaser bank!" Although the CABAL and COM-12 may be excessively militant in some of their dealings with the Greys, can you really blame them? According to the CABAL, etc., the Greys have repeatedly shown that they can NOT be  rusted and therefore no more negotiations should be attempted or allowed between 'us' and them. Colm McGrath, an undersecretary of the Navy, initiated the CABAL agency, as well as various projects involving neutral particle beam weapons and their hybrids which are intended to be used against the EBE's or Grays and one would guess their Reptiloid overlords as well.

-- The author's "home world" [so to speak, in that he possessed a Terran mother and apparently a 'Nordic' father, as do a large number of young men and women now on earth who possess Terran and extraterrestrial genetics] is in ALTAIRA, the fourth planet from the sun called ALTAIR, a very bright double variable star in the constellation AQUILA at 15.7 light years from SOL. Altair Four as it is also known possesses two moons, Alta One and Alta Two. The atmospher of this planet which is jointly occupied by Greys and Nordics is controlled, o turbulence or violent weather patterns exist. The alien craft visiting planet earth and other wild-weather planets often find it difficult to navigate in our unpredictable atmosphere. On Altara OR Altair Four there are elevated cities, balanced on permanently created Gravity-A waves. The author's Nordic brother, Prince ANON SA RA, is the human moderator and Chairman of the Head
Council of THE CORPORATE / ALLIANCE OF PLANETS, based on Altaira.

(Note: The Corporate/Alliance is or was a Grey/Nordic Ashtarian collective, although it would seem that the Greys have subverted any human majority power OR equality within the 'council' in spite of the fact that the 'chairman' is or was a Nordic. This might be the same ruse that some power-mongering forces on earth have used. Namely, to allow the targeted culture to choose whatever 'president' they wish -- so long as the economic power and the 'councils' are dominated by THEIR OWN 'people'. If much of the Grey majority is "arguing the existence" of the humans in Altair, and possibly on earth... then isn't it fair for us on earth to "argue the existence" of the Greys in our system, and in Altair? Although not an ABSOLUTE collective like the Reptilian Empire based in Draconis, Bootes, Orion and Reticuli, the 'Ashtar' collective in Altair and other systems is constantly attempting to over-ride the individuality factor of the humanoids and attempting to conform and assimilate them into the reptilian group mind... the ultimate dictatorship against 'individual' freedom. This may be a major root of the current conflicts taking place between the reptiloids and humanoids within the Ashtar or Astarte collective, a conflict that has led to all-out warfare in Sirius-B and elsewhere where the Ashtar collective is dominant. It is also apparent from Michael Wolf's volume that one of the reasons why the author believes that peaceful negotiations must continue is because he may have been influenced by the DECEPTION that the Greys genetically CREATED us. Several members of MJ-12 also hold to this dubious believe system, and have apparently been manipulated into their positions of power by life-long encounters with the Greys. The Greys/Reptiloids may have genetically altered certain human lines throughout history, however they certainly didn't CREATE our race. And besides, how can a reptilian race possessing no soul-matrix 'create' a race that does? Incidentally, based on the accumulated data acquired from several independent sources, we can now establish a basic framework for the three major extraterrestrial confederations and identify SOME of the core star systems in this sector of the galaxy which lie at the very HEART of each confederation:

1) The CORPORATE COLLECTIVE -- humanoids, reptiloids, the Ashtar collective, etc. Based in Altair Aquila, Sirius-B, Arcturus, Aldebaran, Zeta I Reticuli, Bernard's Star, Bootes Centaurus, , etc.;

2) The ANDROMEDAN FEDERATION -- mostly but not entirely excluded to humanoids. An Andromeda constellation-backed Federation based in Taygeta Pleiades, Vega Lyra, Iumma [Wolf 424], Procyon, Tau Ceti, Alpha Centauri, Epsilon Eridani, etc.

3) The DRACONIAN EMPIRE -- mostly yet not entirely excluded to reptiloids. Based in Alpha Draconis, Epsilon Bootes, Zeta II Reticuli, Polaris, Rigel Orion, Bellatrix Orion, Capella, etc. The Federation and Empire especially, have waged wars with each other in past centuries and millennia throughout the Sol system, in Lyra, and also the Pleiades, Orion, Procyon, Reticuli and Sirius. There are those who believe that the Greys are incapable of taming their own base animal or predatory instincts, and are conscious of little other than the drive to consume and increase their power-base and feed their unbounded appetites, even if it means devouring and destroying other cultures or worlds in the process. Or, you might say they are operating under a 'locust' mentality. Because the collectist mind-set automatically opposes sovereigntist philosophy which advocates personal freedom and sovereignty, there are those who believe that the
Draconian/Grey collective of its own initiative will not and can not cease from its violations and abuses of human cultures throughout the galaxy unless FORCED to do so by humanoid cultures who have succeeded in taming their OWN base or lower predatory instincts. This could only be accomplished by those possessing a nature higher than the base predatory-physical nature, by those capable of utilizing and exercising the power of their higher spiritual or soular natures. An extreme philosophy would be that the Greys/Reptiloids [and in some cases Insectoids or genetically engineered Reptilinsectoid/Insectilian hybrids] MUST be conquered and brought under the absolute and unconditional subservience to or at least supervision of the humanoids with no chance of again being allowed to attain equality or superiority over humanity -- an unnatural superiority which has in the past been accomplished mainly as a result of their COLLECTIVE. Otherwise they will be an eternal thorn in the side of the human races and a threat to their prosperity or even existence for untold generations to come. The COLLECTIVE is the core of the problem. Find the control-mainframes of the collective and the 'Queens' of the 'Hive', and you will find the

-- The author states that the new quantum sciences tend to reject the "big Bang" theory for universal creation and also the theory that the universe is in decay. To prove that the universe is in decay, scientists would have to prove that protons decay, which they have not yet been able to do.

-- The ALPHACOM team released some of the captive Greys taken from Crash sites, yet only after they were certain that these Greys could draw a logical parallel between the terror, fear, panic and fright that they experienced while they were 'guests' of the U.S. government, and the fear and victimization that human abductees often feel when they
are unwilling 'guests' of the Greys.

-- The ALPHACOM team was told that there is a growing number of young men and women on earth who are half Terran and half Nordic-extraterrestrial, whether they are consciously aware of this reality or not. They are apparently here on earth to take part in some important mission, and most are silent or unknowing contactees from birth.

-- The MJ12SSG Alphacom team was prepared to make a public announcement about the aliens at one point in time, however certain unpredictable factors led them to postpone the "Great Announcement".

-- The authors' wife and only son died in a car accident after the author seemed to have a lapse in consciousness and drove over a cliff. Strangely, his wife and son were not in the wreckage when their bodies were found, although Michael Wolf's comatose body was. His staff and all of the field operatives under his command suggested that the
'accident' may have been linked to an action taken against him by another deep level intelligence agency.

-- During contactee experiences, the author became 'friends' with a silicon entity which had 'adopted' him. This entity was actually a LIVING CONVEYANCE or a starship with its own consciousness and identity, which the aliens had developed or grown through some process far more sophisticated than our own technology, although the author did admit that our own government was developing artificial intelligence craft, virtual "flying computers" which could be used for a variety of purposes.

-- The author was involved in briefing military officers from a number of countries concerning the aliens, officials from France, Israel, Russia, Japan, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Canada, Mexico, etc., with each foreign dignitary being accompanied by their military and scientific support teams. One such major meeting occurred at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, near Dayton, Ohio. This is where a multi-leveled underground facility houses a whole warehouse of alien hardware and cadavers taken from crash-retrieval sites over the past decades.

-- MJ12 has never been able to fully brief a Nordic type alien before [not until the Nordics 'officially' began working with segments of MJ12 at AREA 51, possibly some time during the 1980's, following the Groom and Dulce wars]. Previously, they had never had an actual ET 'Nordic' in captivity long enough to do so. It seems they simply said goodby and disappeared. (Note: Other sources claim that many 'Nordic' type people have the natural ability to phase-in and phase-out of the third dimension. There is also the possibility that they may have been "beamed out" by their people?. - Branton)

--The MJ12SSG Alphacom team's mission objective was/is to determine the extent of visitation, the number and types of visitors, the many reasons for the visits, human interaction with them now and in the past, and a multiplicity of other related subjects such as intelligence on each visiting race, their sociology, ethics, morality or laws, cosmologies, degree of technical advancement, and specifically how we can negotiate with them and preparations for doing so.
