It's National Archives file release time once more and it seems Winston Churchill had gone a little further than just asking "what's all this about flying saucers" in the post-war period.

The government took the threat of UFOs so seriously in the 1950s that UK intelligence chiefs met to discuss the issue, newly-released files show.

Ministers even went on to commission weekly reports on UFO sightings from a committee of intelligence experts.

The papers also include a wartime account claiming prime minister Winston Churchill ordered a UFO sighting be kept secret to prevent "mass panic".

The files show reports of UFOs peaked in 1996 - when The X Files was popular.

On October 8, 2008, I met with the original source that disclosed that a secret meeting had been held at the United Nations headquarters in New York City on February 12 to discus UFOs and extraterrestrial life. The original source, Source A, discussed the most recent developments concerning secret meetings conducted under UN auspices to discuss UFOs and extraterrestrial life. The October 8 meeting was attended by Source A, Clay and Shawn Pickering (who kindly set up the meeting) and Bob Vanderclock. I spent a total of 4.5 hours discussing the UN meetings and related issues with Source A, and others present. Source A was dressed in full US Navy uniform with identifying insignia including name and rank. He showed me his military I.D. which confirmed his name, rank and pay scale. His I.D. card was valid for a three year period and had a vertical barcode on the left hand side next to his photo.

EU MP Mario Borghezi, introduces EU Parliament declaration to end UFO/ET secrecy...

As of June 18, 2010 seventeen members of the European Union Parliament, led by Italian EU MP Mario Borghezi, have reportedly signed and tabled a “Written declaration on the declassification of documentation on UFOs” calling on member states to disclose documents relating to UFOs, and end UFO secrecy.

The EU declaration states that the European Parliament “recognizes that in 1978 the 33rd General Assembly of the United Nations formally recognized UFOs as a valid issue.”

New book describes history of U.S. response to UFOs, ET visitors

In their new book, EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE, the authors tell readers about many complex and surprising factors involving the U.S. military, intelligence communities, scientific communities and the general public with regard to UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors.

!-Comment-!  We don't usually cover UFO sightings but this recent case is somewhat different as it featured a full on partial contact by both a UFO and its occupant. Although the British MoD mysteriously claimed to have closed its UFO Desk it seems a sure thing that sightings and encounters will continue to exponentially increase in the coming few years.

EXMOUTH man Roy Shaw has exclusively spoken about the moment he came face-to-face with what UFO experts are calling a Close Encounter of the Third Kind, writes Becca Gliddon.

Interview with Lloyd Pye on DNA Result

Lloyd Pye has managed to find a genetic scientist to carry out an advanced DNA test ahead of the full test on the hybrid skull he has been researching for years. The cutting edge test on the male inherited DNA strand is a cool $250,000 but this pre-test is significantly cheaper.

In this recent interview with Kevin Smith,  Lloyd goes into the astonishing [although expected] results which now allow us to claim with certainty that the skull is indeed non-terrestrial. In addition he discusses intervention theory and the work of Zacharia Sitchin.

Don’t talk to aliens, warns Stephen Hawking

You can be a top theoretical physicist but it doesn't mean you  automatically subscribe to a few basic, common sense principles it seems. In a recent TV program and as part of related commentary -  Professor Hawking accepts the central tenet of exopolitics - ie: that life exists beyond the planetary geostation but he continues to make the point thatif this is the case -  we should be careful of initiating commuication with visiting intelligences in case they have an agenda to 'conquer us'.

!-Comment-! It demonstrates the sheer complexity and 'Otherness' of the crop circle issue by the fact it's now been around for a couple of decades without any real consensus on their creation. It does seem that a fair few are man made and others possibly formed from some [miltary?] microwave effect. However this can't account for all of them and this article looks into the current data for those.

Pickering Brothers Testimony Validated Again : Secret Space -  Navy's 10th Fleet Part 2

Last year Exopolitics UK carried out a remarkable interview with 2 New York based researchers on the issue of secret global disclosure meetings using a UN framework.
