Governments should prepare for the worst if aliens visit Earth because
beings from outer space are likely to be just like humans, a leading
scientist is claiming.
Extra-terrestrials might not only resemble us but have our foibles,
such as greed, violence and a tendency to exploit others' resources,
says Simon Conway Morris, professor of evolutionary paleobiology at
Cambridge University.

Super-fast spacecraft and a giant,
humming triangle hovering above the house of Michael Howard, the former
Home Secretary, feature in the latest release of UFO-related files at
the Public Records Office.
Almost 6,000 pages of declassified files
are released online today, the majority covering 1994 to 2000. Many
sightings contained crude drawings.
Among the most puzzling of reports listed
was an object tracked moving at more than 1,000 knots by Prestwick
airport in 1999. Equally mystifying were UFO sightings by police over
the North Sea near Lincolnshire, and a British Airways 737 that
reported a near-miss with a mysterious object in January 1995, while
there were more than 600 reported sightings of unexplained objects over
what was dubbed the “Bonnybridge Triangle” in Scotland between 1995 and
1997.
Early in my youth, I was fascinated by UFOs and alien visitors. In
grade 3 and grade 4, I would often believe that I was seeing
unidentified objects in the sky (of which the majority were probably
terrestrial aircraft, and one may have been a blimp, which I would’ve
been less familiar with), and every few nights or so, I’d have
frightening nightmares about UFOs landing in my yard, or making people
“fall asleep” right where they were standing (like in so many UFO
reports). These were simply nightmares, and not repressed memories or
anything of that ilk. I studied just about everything I could on the
subject and wrote childish science-fiction stories about it.
As I got older, however, UFOs started to lose their charm. As I read
more “not for children” accounts, UFOs changed from being strange
sights in the sky to grey-skinned, big-eyed, sinister aliens, whose
sole purpose seemed to be to abduct humans for bizarre sexual
experiments. A skepticism that I never knew I had suddenly asserted
itself.

The declassification and release of the MoD's UFO files has provoked
much interest and debate. Some people believe that the 'good stuff'
will never be released - there are numerous exemptions to the Freedom
of Information Act, covering areas such as "defence" and "national
security". Others believe the release shows MoD did little more than
log the sightings. Some believe that the whole exercise is
disinformation, while others have speculated that it's part of a
campaign to prepare people for some big announcement about UFOs - often
dubbed "Disclosure".

Mountain villagers in the Tarai region of India's Himachal Pradesh state claim that UFOs have been seen "by day and by night" near the high-altitude glaciers of the Himalayas and that "aliens are building a very large underground base up there."
Since October 10, 2004, UFOs, ranging in size from "very large cylindrical objects of a dull silver colour" to "small speedy discs," have been seen over the glaciers north of Chini, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) from India's border with China. UFOs seen at night were said to "glow red and gold."

It appears that some 'back-channel' communication has however gone on as Johnson claims Gary will not face a 'supermax' style jail in the USA. Gary should be tried in the UK as first agreed in 2002.

Gary McKinnon, the Pentagon computer hacker, is highly likely to commit
suicide if he is extradited to the US, a psychiatrist has warned.
The medical report said Mr McKinnon, who is known to suffer
Asperger’s syndrome, a form of autism, also has a “fixed-psychological
conviction he will kill himself in preference to being extradited”.
Aliens 'already on earth', Bulgarian scientists claim

Aliens from outer space are already among us on earth, say Bulgarian
government scientists who claim they are already in contact with
extraterrestrial life.
Work on deciphering a complex set of symbols sent to them is underway,
scientists from the country's Space Research Institute said. They claim aliens are currently answering 30 questions posed to them.
Lachezar Filipov, deputy director of the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, confirmed the research. He said the centre's researchers were analysing 150 crop circles from around the world, which they believe answer the questions.
"Aliens are currently all around us, and are watching us all the time," Mr Filipov told Bulgarian media.
John R Searl's technology validated once more in Russia.The two Russian scientists were in for a surprise
when they set up their experiment in a high-ceilinged concrete
laboratory. They had built a meter-wide energy converter whose rotating part carried magnetic rollers similar to those built by John Searl,
a British inventor. They wanted to test Searl’s claims to have had a
flying disc and a generator that converted energy from surrounding
space into electricity. With a special non-magnetic platform underneath, the Russians’ total apparatus weighed 350 kilograms.
When they sped the rotor up to 200 revolutions-per-minute (rpm),
instruments showed the platform rising slightly on its vertical slides.
Weight loss! At 550 rpm the ammeter in the motor circuit showed zero
current being consumed. Using clutches, they disconnected the motor and
connected the generator to the converter’s shaft. After the shaft
reached a critical speed of 550 rpm, the rotor accelerated sharply. The
machine was running itself! It didn’t slow down until they connected
the first of ten kilowatt-heating-units as a load.

UFO Hunters has been an excellent series - updating many of the established UFO cases or contributing new ideas for the modern era. The fact that a major cable broadcaster considers continued funding of such an issue shows a profound shift has taken place. Prior to this we just had the siple on off shows which were usually framed with the pointless debunker viewpoint at the conclusion.

THE Ministry of Defence ordered an investigation of thousands of UFO
sightings in the 1990s to examine whether alien spaceship technology
could be exploited to build advanced engines for the RAF, according to
a new official history.
The book, based on the ministry’s “X-files” of thousands of
sightings, shows that an unnamed wing commander initiated the project
in 1993 because he believed it was wrong to assume extra-terrestrial
craft did not exist.
Nick Pope, who has written on UFOs and was a colleague of the
officer at the MoD, confirmed the book’s account: “I remember him
saying he believed there was evidence of an exotic propulsion system
and the bottom line was that if they had it, we sure as hell wanted
it.” Pope would not disclose the man’s name.
!-Comment-! As recently featured in a talk "Saucer School - Are visiting intelligence agents re-booting terrestrial language systems" at the BK2Conference in Liverpool, the CARET craft and associate, possibly ET linked documentation continues to elude the debunkers.
This latest inquiry looks at the producer of Alienware PC parts and suggests the whole thing was done by them for viral advert purposes. However - it seems far more likely that this company in fact copied the CARET story and symbolism - after all... why spend a fortune thinking up and executing a new commercial campaign when a brilliant one is already in existance and needs just a little tweaking?! The whole CARET incident is too complex and has defied critics for too long now to be something simple as just an advertising prank.
