As anyone ever thought that orbs if thats what they are, are reconnisance 
probs of an advanced ET race. Because unless they are unknown living creatures, probs are the only thing I can think of. I know some can be large but they can also be quiet small and they can go anywhere they want without causing alarm to whoever see`s them. Just a thought

That's one of the best images I've seen - if it's real. 
 
Just as these UFOs have shut down nuke missile launch systems they prob also "fix" erupting volcanoes.
